From the desktop to the application we will identify how to get useful metrics such as network response times, application and server response times and transaction response times including the performance and every element in between. Our solutions offered can be distributed to match your enterpise. Packets and statistics from the WAN, WirelessLAN, and LAN, NetFlow, sFlow, SNAMP, and logs from switches, rounters, servers, QoS reports, and network analyzers are cohesively managed! The solution is a centralized system that connects into the elements of your infrastructure or is the target of reporting agents and collects metrics. Since we have all that information in one place we then specify the algorithms or scripts to report to you exactly what you want to know and/or use to trigger other operations. Imagine how much time this will save you and your staff in managing your infrastructure. Your staff will be instantly trouble shooting and not spending days or weeks collecting information, compiling it and then mining for results. This service relieves you of the dauting task of researching, planning, testing, collecting quotes, building out, configuring and training your staff. You simply give us the project and tell us what you want as the specifications of a management system and we provide a complete cost analysis in phases, research your enterprise and identify span/tap points, existing reporting capabilies in your IT Infrastructure elements, set up the meetings, provide the pilot, supply the hardware and software, install all the required parts including any cabling, configure the systems, train your personel on how to use the system and provide maintenance services. We will work with your staff and current contractors, if any, to get the job done when you need it finished.


OASYS HelpDesk

With this service your users go to the OASYS Help Desk (or your own HelpDesk) and input the required contact information. Once user information is entered they can open a trouble ticket for network, computer problem or facility problems. The notification can be to your Tech staff or you can outsource to us or provider of your choice. If OASYS is your outsourced tech staff we will respond with a summary and estimate of the cost of our services. For critical networks we can offer a monitoring and management solution to ensure high availability and a lower total cost of ownership by quickly identifying the root cause of problems and improving uptime for WAN's, wired and wireless LANs. With an OASYS HelpDesk contract you can purchase tech support time in bulk hourly increments. Response time is typicaly 24Hrs, Monday thru Friday 9AM to 5PM Eastern Standard Time, Except Stock market holidays. Certain Service Contracts must be pre-paid with credit card. Purchase Orders accepted with approved credit. If ON-Site Support is requested Contracted HelpDesk customers will receive a discount.

OASYS OnSite Support is available typically within 24 business hours anywhere in the Continental United States. Field Techs are available, Monday thru Friday 9AM to 5PM , except stock market holidays. Zone A (within 50 miles of a major US city), Zone B (51 miles to 125 miles from a major US city) . Minimum charges apply, travel time may also be charged. Greater distances will incur additional travel time and T+E. Service must be pre-paid at minimums with credit card. Purchase Orders accepted with approved credit.

OASYS Basic Security Assessment - You will interface with an OASYS IT Executive with over 25 Years experience to discuss your business and review your current IT Infrastructure. We will collect data and provide a report with recommendations, part numbers, and pricing for any software, hardware, or managed services that will fix a problem or help protect your business information and keep your staff productive.

OASYS Advanced Audit - To insure that your business can continue with minimal interuptions you have facility maintenance contracts and ocks, alarms, cameras etc. to protect your physical security. What about the information and IT infrastructure? Can you do business without it? If you're not prepared you can be forced out of business by network slow down, server resouce failures, loss of data, viruses, worms, or intrusion.
