This privacy statement covers the Oasyscorp.com and Online Shopping Site. OASYS uses VARStreet, a licensee of the TRUSTe Privacy Program. This statement discloses the privacy practices for VARStreet. When you visit a web site displaying the TRUSTe trustmark, you can expect to be notified of what personally identifiable information of yours is collected; what organization is collecting the information; how the information is used; with whom the information is shared; what choices are available to you regarding collection, use and distribution; what kind of security procedures are in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of information under the company's control; and how you can correct any inaccuracies in the information.

What Information We Collect

OASYS collects two types of information: data that you provide through our registration and account setup processes, and usage data that VARStreet tracks without the active participation of the user. Such information enables us to provide better services to our customers.

Registration Information

Our registration form requires contact information (name, address, phone numbers and eMail address).

Security

OASYS uses VARStreet that has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of data under our control. All users are assigned unique user names and passwords that must be entered each time you log on. We also use advanced security methods based on dynamic data and encoded session identifications, and host the site in a secure environment that uses a firewall and other advanced technology to prevent interference or access from unauthorized users.

Our Online Shopping site requires the use of "cookie" technology so that users can access their site quickly without logging in and also for maintaining user sessions. Our servers also track your IP address, your client type (what browser you are using), server name and IP, date and time, http status, bytes sent, and the referrer. We use third party providers for credit card processing on our site. This is done through Authorize.Net. When you sign up for credit card processing, we will share your credit card information as necessary for Authorize.Net to provide service.

These third parties are prohibited from using your personally identifiable information for any other purpose.

Opt-Out Policy

OASYS periodically notifies registered users with product updates, improvement of services, and addition of new partners to our network. We may also get in touch with you to ensure that you are satisfied with our products or services, to learn about new ideas about our offering.

You may opt-out of secondary communications such as newsletters, surveys and program eMails by sending us and email at sales@oasyscorp.com . Users can opt out of further communications by clicking on the unsubscribe link on any email received.

Correcting your personal Information

You can modify all your personal identifiable information within the application. Your changes will take effect immediately.

Canceling Your OASYS Online Shopping Membership

To deactivate your account, send an email to sales@oasyscorp.com.
